In ConConcreto we have strategically grouped our services in two big areas that comprise the different businesses in which the company has specialized through our professional construction practices: Infrastructure and Construction

Infrastructure
We have the technical capability and highly qualified workforce needed to design, build, maintain and operate building sites with great magnitudes, such as tunnels, bridges, airports, hydroelectric power stations, roadways, road interchanges and massive transportation systems, among others.
Due to the administrative and engineering complexity of the executed projects, the specialized construction services that this area involves have defined the leadership in the history of ConConcreto.

Construction
We build industrial, commercial, institutional and housing projects. Production plants, electric power substations, slipforming silos, wharves, superstores, universities, libraries, clinics, cultural centers and all kinds of housing projects make part of the construction sites we have built.

Industry
In ConConcreto we have accumulated great experience in the execution of civil building sites and the assembly of electromechanical equipment in big plants for all types of products: cements, drugs, foods, chemicals, alcohols, metallurgicals and papers, among others.
We are specialists in the construction of distribution centers and warehouses that facilitate the logistic processes of the companies, integrate operations in the different cities where they work and optimize the use of their supplies.
The building of docks, wharves and ports is also one of our strengths.

Commerce and Institutions
Superstores and commercial complexes have become economy’s motor of development.  ConConcreto stands out as one of the Colombian constructor companies that have built the largest amount of square meters in this type of building sites.
Institutional buildings such as universities, libraries, entertainment centers, sport facilities, hotels and hospitals have been part of our developments.
We have participated in the restoration of some sites that have been declared architectural heritage of the Country. El Capitolio Nacional, the Puente de Occidente and the Hospital Universitario San Vicente de Paúl are amongst our most significant restorations.

Housing
We develop housing solutions that improve the quality of life of the families who live in them. We offer a wide range of services, from the promotion and planning to the construction of projects of our own or for third parties.  This activity is developed in Bogotá, Medellin, Pereira, Manizales and Barranquilla by Espacios Inmobiliarios S.A., one of the companies in the ConConcreto Business Group.
Conventional structures, formwork systems, panels and combined technology are some of the construction systems used for building apartments, condominiums and houses.
