ConConcreto’s Ethics Line is an anonymous service that allows people to communicate any irregular issue that affects the company’s interests or those of its members or the community.

Characteristics

• This Line works from the outside of the organization and the calls are taken by independent workers.


• People who call may choose to remain anonymous. The caller’s identity will not be revealed without previous authorization.


• ConConcreto, Espacios Inmobiliarios and Durapanel are the companies that benefit from this service.


• A code is assigned to each of the incoming calls and is given to the people who make the calls in order to give them the possibility to offer additional information or ask for the outcomes of their report.

Reports

• Any incorrect act included in the Code of Ethics.


• Suspicious activities of money-laundering, drug-dealing or any illegal act.


• Incorrect acts or behaviors of the organization’s members related to the stockholders.


• Incorrect acts or behaviors of the organization’s managers related to employees` performance.


• Release of proprietary information by the employees.


• Process or procedure’s control omissions or absences.
